Description
The legal, political, and organizational framework of the Corona Crisis leads to new challenges for leaders in science. Scientific staff already under "normal circumstances" tend to identify with the scientific community and also build their own reputation in it.
How can scientific staff be tied to the work area/project/chair in times of no contact and home office? How can a sense of belonging be built at a distance? How can new staff go through the onboarding process under these conditions?
The individual focal points are worked on in close consultation with the participants. The work in the seminar takes into account individual development needs and is characterized by the greatest possible practical relevance. The seminar is framed by a systemic approach and reflection on the issues associated with the topic. Participants receive detailed materials to prepare for and follow up on the seminar.
The seminar includes impulses from the trainer on basic knowledge, current developments and findings from leadership research and offers plenty of room for methodically framed and moderated group work in topic-centered work phases. All results are documented in detail and made available to all participants.
Methods: Impulse presentations by the trainer, group and individual work, discussion and reflection in the plenum, if necessary methods of collegial consultation.
